About The Gelato Lab

We are a family-owned and operated, award-winning gelato shop in the heart of Round Rock. We aren’t your typical ice cream shop—we are "The Lab." We specialize in authentic, handcrafted gelato and custom cakes made from scratch using traditional slow-churning methods. We don't use premade bases; we source real ingredients from Italy and fresh fruits from South America to create science-backed, flavor-packed art.

The Role

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Ambassadors to join our team. At the Lab, you aren’t just a scooper; you are a guide through our unique flavor profiles and a key part of our community-focused mission.

What you’ll do:

• The Perfect Scoop: Master the art of serving authentic gelato, Belgian waffles, and our signature desserts.

• Flavor Chemistry: Learn the stories behind our ingredients (like our Pistachios and South American fruits) to help customers find their perfect match.

• Lab Maintenance: Keep the shop sparkling clean and the display cases looking like a work of art.

• Community Connection: Provide the warm, family-style service that Round Rock knows and loves.
