What You'll Do

The Perfect Scoop — Master the art of serving authentic Italian gelato, Belgian waffles, and our signature desserts. Technique matters here.

Flavor Chemistry — Learn the stories behind our ingredients: our Ecuadorian Rainforest chocolate, our Italian-sourced pistachio paste, our South American fruits. Help customers find their perfect match.

Lab Maintenance — Keep the shop spotless and the display cases looking like a work of art. We take pride in how everything looks.

Community Connection — Deliver the warm, family-style service that Round Rock knows and loves. This isn't a transaction — it's an experience.
