Does your Gelato have gelatine or any pork products?
No, Gelato is actually Italian for ice cream and we use mostly dairy products like milk and heavy whipping cream
Are there any dairy free options?
Yes, we have a few dairy free options, we usually have Maracumango and seasonal flavors like watermelon, lemon, raspberry etc.
All dairy free options are vegan.
Does your Gelato have eggs
No, our gelato recipes are based mostly on dairy products and we don't use eggs in any of them.
Do you use premade bases
No, we made our bases from scratch to guarantee a great flavors. When you come to our shop you will find that every flavor is unique, the flavors comes real ingredients, so you will find real pistachios and fruits.
Unlike commercial ice cream and other shops that use pre-made bases.
